Event Description

Equity Onboarding Training is provided by the Office of Equity & Family Partnerships and Human Resources.  As part of your onboarding, you'll learn more about our organization’s equity initiatives. This training is required for all new staff within the first 90 days. 

During this training, you'll get an opportunity to learn more about---

• Equity Initiatives
• Antiracist Multicultural Continuum
• Equity Lens
• Liberatory Design

We're excited for you to join us and ensure you're knowledgeable and informed about our organization’s committment to equip our staff with the training, resources, and ongoing support you need to be able to help shape our organization’s future.
