School personnel, non-profit organizational partners, and community leaders each have a role in supporting LGBTQ+ youth in our schools and communities. Participants will engage in conversation and develop strategies on ways organizations can leverage state and local support and internal organizational policies and practices to create a culture of care and support for the needs of LGBTQ+ students.
