The Organizational Conditions Workshop series is designed to help education leaders in Southern Oregon to empower educators and families to develop trusting relationships, learn together how to best support student achievement, and strengthen the ability of all families to effectively support their children’s learning. Organizational conditions are critical to scaling home-school partnership efforts. During this 3-part webinar series, leaders will identify, reflect, and assess their practice in three areas; systemic, integrated, and sustained implementation. Participants need to attend all three sessions.
