Registration:

•   2 days: $125.00
•   1 day: $95.00 (use code 'oneday' during registration)
•   Breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, and lunch on Wednesday included in costs of registration.

• Registration Deadlines: All participants must register by the published cutoff date. Late registrations may be accepted on a space-available basis and are subject to an administrative late fee of $25 on top of the registration fee.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the training date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 business days before the training date may be subject to a 50% refund, depending on program costs already incurred.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the training event. (Call or email event contact for further details.)
• Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant from your district may attend in your place at no additional cost. Please notify WESD of any substitutions at least 24 hours in advance.

Lodging Information:

A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees of this conference at Three Rivers Casino Resort in Florence, Oregon.  The rooms will be available at a special rate until October 29, 2025.
