En esta capacitación, los participantes examinarán las diferencias culturales relacionadas con el trauma y el estrés dentro de la comunidad latinoamericana. Se discutirá el impacto de la aculturación, y los participantes obtendrán estrategias que podrán implementar en sus entornos de cuidado infantil para honrar y respetar las culturas de las familias a las que sirven.

Within this training participants will examine cultural differences regarding trauma and stress within the Latin American community. We will discuss the impact of acculturation and participants will walk away with strategies to implement within their child care to honor and respect families' cultures.

Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
