En este taller, mediante el uso de estudios de caso y experiencias vividas, los participantes aplicarán los conocimientos adquiridos sobre cultura, desarrollo y comportamiento para diseñar e implementar estrategias de orientación y apoyo en entornos de educación infantil temprana. A través de la planificación intencional y el modelaje, los participantes podrán explorar y desarrollar prácticas apropiadas al desarrollo que promuevan enfoques inclusivos, receptivos y culturalmente basados en la orientación del comportamiento.

In this workshop, through the use of case studies and lived experience, participants will apply acquired knowledge of culture, development, and behavior to design and implement supportive guidance strategies in early childhood settings. Through intentional planning and modeling, participants will be able to explore and develop developmentally appropriate practices that construct inclusive, responsive, and culturally grounded approaches to behavior guidance.

Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
