During our distance learning time it is quite challenging to keep students engaged in mathematical thinking while, at the same time, keeping equity among all our students. Two tools that I use to help combat this challenge is I notice/I wonder and critiquing other students’ work. In this breakout session you will have the opportunity to engage as a student and then analyze the process as the teacher and discuss possible applications to your classroom.
