Regional Technical Assistance Provider (RTAP)

The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities (OESO) and the Oregon Association of Education Service Districts (OAESD) established a collaborative partnership to support each Education Service District (ESD) in delivering regional professional development and targeted technical assistance to Local Education Agencies (LEA) at no cost under the SEA&rsquo\;s general supervision requirements. \;

This partnership established the Regional Technical Assistance Providers (RTAPs) within each ESD service area. These dedicated professionals will continue to deliver personalized in-person and virtual support to district leaders and staff. Please see our event calendar for our live offerings. \;
