Initial Clackamas Regional Flight Team (CRFT) Training
This school-crisis response workshop is for school personnel who wish to be part of the **Clackamas Regional Flight Team. Using the Regional Flight Team Manual (designed with input from Clackamas County School Districts and community partners), this workshop will cover the basics and nitty gritty of what Regional Flight Team Members need to know to be prepared for a school crisis response. In addition to basics, this training will include developmental information on how children respond to trauma, how to work with Regional Flight Team members from other districts, and a review of Support Room logistics. At the conclusion of the training, members will receive support room backpacks filled with supplies (one per building) and a Clackamas Regional Flight Team (CRFT) badge.

**This is for those people that have no previous training in Flight Team Response. If you already have Flight Team experience, (in other than the Clackamas County area), we would suggest that our "Experienced" Regional Flight Team training on February 11, 2026 would be the best option for you. Please register HERE for EXPERIENCED Clackamas Flight Team Training.  If you have been through this initial Clackamas Flight Team training and wish to be a Flight Team LEAD, please register for the LEADS training on February 11, 2026 HERE.
