Regional Technical Assistance Provider (RTAP)

The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities (OESO) and the Oregon Association of Education Service Districts (OAESD) established a collaborative partnership to support each Education Service District (ESD) in delivering regional professional development and targeted technical assistance to Local Education Agencies (LEA) at no cost under the SEA’s general supervision requirements.

This partnership established the Regional Technical Assistance Providers (RTAPs) within each ESD service area. These dedicated professionals will continue to deliver personalized in-person and virtual support to district leaders and staff. Please see our event calendar for our live offerings.
